By booking a wine tasting or using Beyond the Cork’s services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made via our website or by email/phone.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking by BACS transfer unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days may not be refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel an event; in this case, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
3. Conduct
- Guests must behave responsibly and follow any instructions from staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
4. Liability
- We take care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
- Guests participate at their own risk, especially regarding alcohol consumption.
5. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the UK.
